You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please use a reliable postal service and keep your tracking number safe.

If your shoes don't fit, we will send you the correct size completely free of charge — no need to return the original pair! Simply contact us with a photo and your foot length in cm.
